> Sync issue - any assistance greatful

I am trying to sync my P910i with my pc. I have no problems syncing contacts but when it tries to sync the calendar I am getting a "Syncronisation failed" followed by "Unexpected error".
I have recently upgraded my lap top hence the trying to set up an older phone.
When the syncronisation takes place a window opens up (similar to when you type a command using the run function i.e. ping) that includes in the heading "dxp pim.exe" Then there is line after line of script saying "Begin MIME to CD Conversion" followed by "End MIMI to CD Conversion". This is then followed by the error message mentioned above.
Any assistance is appreciated.

never seen that before, altho i believe when you first install the sync software after first reboot it does some command line stuff..
are you local admin on the pc ?

As stupid as this sounds, I'm not too sure. Whilst this is a work laptop and I believe there are various restrictions I am still able to download software and install.
