> 20 SE K850i phones

I just found this on eBay. item number is 300153067877.
the seller states that he/she has 20x P1, 20x K850, 20x W880, and 20x W910. I know that P1 is already released, but does other models mentioned also had been released? I'm pretty sure that K850i is not released yet, only announced. yet this seller has picture of every phone in his/her hand.
also, the seller is registered in UK but stating that the phones are in New York, USA. do you guys think it's a scam or real? minimum order is 3 phones. that's scares me more.
