1. is there any uiq-software that makes touchscreen use as a joystick/d-pad without stylus? like scrolling in w960's walkman menu, but in 4 directions?

NOT THAT I KNOW OF.YOU CAN SCROLL 4 WAYS USING STYLUS IN INTERNET BROWSERS.

You can scroll either way using stylus or finger
