Hi, I have some questions about O2 insurance on a lost phone...
* I bought an O2 Xda Mini s in December 2005, since when I've paid (but never used) monthly insurance, and so am out of contract. This handset is no longer retailing on the O2 website.
* If I replace my O2 Xda Mini s lost, where would I stand (especially given the availability of the Mini s) and what would the procedure be?
* Would I be offered a similar handset in the Xda range or any other handset? I'd probably favour any other handset.
* Earlier this year, I bought a Nokia E61 as a replacement and have since used this with my O2 contract. Is this now the phone for which I am insured with O2? That is, can I report *this* handset lost?
* In which case, would I then be offered the same replacement handset or something different?
* Would/should this be done in store or over the phone?
