The title says it all: will we still have one or more firmware updates? Has SE pronounced anything about it? The R6E28 firmware is far from a final product. Maybe they don't want to think about it anymore, but there still are small bugs which are easy to correct, for instance, the messages icons bug (I guess...)

@Scorpower

Don't waste your time.

The P990i has already been buried in a dark corner of the cemetery for abandoned phones.

darn, that's bad SE! you are leaving everyone behind! it's really sad, but anyway, how you guys experience with the latest firmware? is there anything that bugging? i bet the RAM and multitasking never really experience an improvement over the last few firmwares, or do they?

The RAM and multitasking don't bug me that much. I think the real problem about RAM is RAM itself, it shouldbe bigger (like in P1...). I'd just like small annoying problems to be solved (like the sms icon), but I guess I'll have to live with that... I wonder if branded firmwares correct those little problems...

I'm afraid we'll not see any updates anymore, although I wish I could take, again, sharp videos, and I'd like not to see the bug regarding attached files on new e-mails we wrote, using integrated pop3 client.
