> W810i ( R4DB005 ) + 1GB = battery drain?

I bought my w810i 2 weeks ago and am not satisfied with battery performance.
My firmware is R4DB005 and im using 1GB mem card. I have another k750i flashed to w800i, so i performed the foll test on both cells :
I did the conditioning of battery and all. I turned off bluetooth, disabled GPRS, set brightness to 50% and set a black wallpaper. Now i noted the battery reading in standby mode at various long intervals. I did not use a single feature on it during the test.
Summary of things that i found :
w810i ( R4DB005 ) + NO card = 0.7% per hour [ battery discharge rate]
w810i ( R4DB005 ) + 512mb = 1% per hour
w810i ( R4DB005 ) + 1 Gb = 2.5 % per hour [ MORE THAN DOUBLE !! ]
k750i ( w800i ) + 1 Gb = 1% per hour
In both the cases the same 1Gb card and the same battery was used. Interestingly the performance degraded only while using the 1GB card, and i cant rule that out as faulty coz it worked fine on k750i
It seems the problem is with w810i hardware or the R4DB005 firmware ( with 1GB card).
Has any one faced this problem with R4DB005 and 1Gb card? If yes, did updating to R4EA031 solve the problem?

I think the W810 battery is a little lower MAh compared to K750 one

But still, i dont think that must affect the battery as much as it is currently..
I mean 1% and 2.5% is a huge difference.

Same battery life as the previous 1GB card I had prior to the 4 GB card.
I just don't understand wether the issues with battery drain are myths or software issues............
Maybe my phone is special.................. Oh well...... Love having all the memory : )
