anybody know how to remove the sevice provider logo when u have service or not from k800i mainscreen ie orange vodafone etc its in the way of a good picture thanks

Using FAR Manager/SEFP find the FS/tpa/system/layout/layout.xml file.
Highlight the file and hit Edit (F4).
Search (F7) for the object "StatusIndication" and and you will find this:
objct name="StatusIndication">
settings>
sett name="RowHeight" value="0"/>
sett name="TopOffset" value="0"/>
sett name="TitleHeight" value="0"/>
sett name="TitleTopOffset" value="0"/>
sett name="TitleMode" value="1"/>
sett name="OverlayStyle" value="0"/>
sett name="YPos" value="18"/>
sett name="Height" value="176"/>
/settings>
CHANGE 1 WITH 4 AND OPERATOR LOGO WILL VANISH. Make sure all other settings are the same as here.
Save (F2) and Quit (F10) editor.
Exit FAR Manager (remember to move to the top of the filesystem and answer YES to close the CSFSloader).
Disconnect and restart phone again.

/tpa/system/layout./layout.xml -- find ::
<!-- Main display text attr -->
Then locate your <!-- Time --> & <!-- Date --> fields and adjust and needed!
