i did a master resit on my p1i and all the factory standard fitted ringtones and clipart arts have gone is there anyway of getting these back or is their a website where i can get the orginal settings back. thanks

When I did a firmware update, it returned all the missing stuff to the phone. Try that if you haven't updated already

thanks for the reply how dcan i do a firm update because the cd keeps on stating that my phone is in transfer mode so i am unable to update is there any other way or can this problem be dealt with,. thanks

I can email you the themes, you can get the ringtones (and plenty more nice message alert tones) on the SE website if you set up a free account on your pc and then go there via your mobile. You can do without the crappy clipart stuff surely?

I know of that forum and it's likely you will find what you're looking for there. If you don't though, do what DagMX says, firmware update - it should be all back to normal.

I'm sure I have seen P1's original content somewhere on the net... but not sure about the exact location. Doing a firmware update just because of content like: sounds, pictures, games or apps is not very good idea in my opinion. It can be risky if you do something wrong during the update process and ruin your phone for nothing... But the schoice is yours.

I send the phone to retailer to repair/updated it but he does not know if I update the firmware that all the default ringtone, themes, etc... will be getting back. My other question now, if I do a hard rest again is all the updated friware will be removed from the phone and if not am sure again all the default ring tone and wallpaper will be deleted. how I can again return back, do I need to update the firmware everytime I do hard rest to get back the dufault tones and thems...
