I have lost all me mp3's off my PC !

Is there anyway to get my music off my iPod? I have 60Gbs on my iPod and do not wanna lose them.
I see there is a program called "iPod Music Liberator" is this any good?
Does the music come off as mp3's?
Is there anyway I can get my music off my iPod without buying "iPod Music Liberator"

I am using MediaWidget, and seems to be working. It's prompting my to continue every few mins, as its a 14 day demo, but hey-ho.... seemingly able to reclaim my 60Gb of music
