Ok here is what I want to do.

I have two phone types to work on my K790 and a W810 of a friends.

K790 is DB2020->CID49 Firmware: R1EG001 Erom:R3A016 ---Unlocked (Originally Rogers)
W810 is DB2010->CID49/50/51? Firmware: R4EA031 ---(Locked to Rogers)

I would first like to back up EVERYTHING from both phones, drivers, firmware and CDFS's if possible. If I don’t need to back up the CDFS because I can't harm it then that’s ok.

Then I would like to install cam and audio drivers.

I'm worried to touch my phone (the k790) because I had to pay to get it unlocked and was told if I flash the firmware or update using SEUS that it will relock.So I would like to back up my current firmware in case it locks again I can flash it back if that’s works.

I would also like to update the firmware if it’s possible without relocking the phone. My phone sometimes gets moody for a day and WSOD a lot and drops calls. I would really love to fix that above all.

If I can't flash my firmware and keep my unlock, can I flash drivers and keep my unlock?

The reason I listed my friends W810 is, I was wondering if it would be easier to start with to just get a hang of the programs/processes and since it's locked not have to worry about it getting locked.

I have looked over the guides in this form and some others but would like to know what I can touch without relocking the phone.
