I am failing to synchronise my e-mail between my P990i and Lotus Notes 6.5 on my computer. The process gets aborted and I get the following error message:

"No information

Synchronisation action:

Where:

Synchronisation result:
Failure

Additional information:
Lotus Notes API error 0x00000E35 (Cannot convert MIME message to Notes Rich Text message.)"

Can anyone assist?
