hey..i bought SE w810i 2mo. back n now m havin a prob .. automatically ringtone,msg tone goes off plus m not able 2 play any type of sound file ..it shows the error "playback failed"..however if i restart the phone everythin goes normal again..can any 1 plz tell whats the prob with my cell ..is this a type of virus??? n where i can get good antivirus software 2 run on SE...

there is no virus on all java phones., even if you put a virus on your phone it will not affect your phone(proven and tested on my k800i)
phones with OS like symbian, linux, windows mobile are prone to virus

It might be a bug..imo maybe you should have it flashed with the latest firmware. fortunately, there are no viruses running on SE java phones. so who needs antivirus?

The sound file you are trying to use is damaged. Try with another sound or convert the one you want to use. If that doesn't help, try master reseting the phone or do a flash...
Anyway Java phones like W810 or K800 CANNOT be infected.
