how big????
i took a picture of my zippo lighter,then when i transfered the picture to my pc i noticed the incredible size , 1.20 MB ...
here is the picture . although as you see,this picture is poor in quality,so what made it being that big?????
have you taken bigger ones???how is the quality??

picture size does not depend on the number of pixels only - there are lots of other factors that matter: light, colors, etc, etc.

you're right and i know that...but how far these factors are involved????
yes these factors may increase the size from 800kb to 910kb(as in our friend's case)...but there must be something unusual when the picture size is 1.20 mb,400 kb increase

I'm probably a bit off topic, but I've gotten 994kb off my 2mp P990 once and quite a few >800+kb off it as well.
