> MMS and Video Call Problem in My P1i

I had obtained the correct setting for the MMS from my home operator. So testing the MMS setting I sent an MMS to my friend and thats work great then I requested my friend to send me an MMS to see how I can view it in my phone takeing in consideration that my friend has Sony Ericsson mobile and using the same mobile operator. I received the MMS but I can not download it. I press the bottom "Get it" and no use.
The second problem that I am facing that I can not do a vedio call with my frinds noting that there is no such a setting required as it is setted by default by the Mobile operator.
Please help...

For the MMS, have you gone into;
Control Panel, Messaging, MMS Account, Internet Account > Then chosen the MMS GPRS settings for your operator which would have been received with the other settings.
This step has to be taken to complete the OTA setup...
For the video calls, firstly is the 3G on? If it is, is it activated on your account?
I dont have 3G calls on my account but am able to use the 3G connection for data with no problem..
