I am wonderin' if THERE is any brand of mobile phone out in the market which has a 3G-video call (not only data) - feature BUT does NOT have a camera-feature on it (1-5 MP)
Possible . . . ?

If you mean the cam on the frontside than you have Nokia 6233 and Nokia E65.
But a phone without a cam at all?? Never seen before..

TOSHIBA TS803 & TS808 (European Model)
just have a camera at the back
still have video call function... but just you can see the caller's faceand the caller can't see you

Kinda weird since the W950i has NO camera-feature . . . . which leads me to the query if it is possible to have a mobile phone with 3G-VIDEO CALL-feature . . . BUT has NO - camerafone-feature/1- 5MP (MMS)

In the market even some low-end phones contain camera (VGA or 1.3 M pixels whatever)
so there are very few 3G phones which don't contain a camera
if it happens usually the phones are emphasize on data transfer function
