Main disadvantages
Only 16MB internal memory
No EDGE
Records video in ancient QCIF (176 x 144 pixels) resolution only
No Xenon flash
No BestPic shooting mode

Agreed, the only difference really is cybershot brading and a lens cover for the K770 and the mineral glass screen for the T650, apart from these small diferences they have the same specs, and also sizes

K770 is basically a T650 just with a different casing. Its for people who like what T650 has to offer, but does not like the looks of T650 (function wise the difference is minor).

...indeed. The cam module seems to be the very same as the T650i module. So much for Cybershot branding!

And apart from a few minor firmware differences, those 2 phones are twins. It all comes down to which design you like most.

well, yes and no.

yes if you consider lack of innovation leads to sloppiness which then leads to decreasing business.

no if they price the K770 right compared to the T650 (and i believe it'll be a good 50 EUR cheaper than the T650), and then they'll have a market for it.

Also, design is surely the #1 decision factor for 80% of mobile phone buyers, and a large majority of them have no clue as to what features are packed in each phone.
