> New to P1 : lost calendar problem
Bookmark topic
Hi,
Have been using a K800, my phone explorer and scheduleworld. Today I obtained a P1. Synched with scheduleworld and did a backup of calendar etc with my phone explorer. Now it seems that phone explorer does not support the P1 and I cannot get the P1 to talk to scheduleworld. Any suggestions as to how I can get my calendar back so I know what I am supposed to ve doing next week. The SE PC suite for the P1 does not recognize the K800.
TIA
F

Synchronize your K800 calendar on outlook with myphoneexplorer, and synchronize your outlook calendar on P1i with PC Suite

The problem with that is the home machines all run linux and the windows machines are owned by work and have groupwise as their default client and no outlook. How can I get a P1 to retrieve my calendar from scheduleworld ?

I have exactly the same situation, running ubuntu at home & no outlook at work.
I use google calendar to synchronise my P1i over the air. If google calendar can import your former calendar, that's good

That might be a workaround (would need to create a google calendar for self). What I do not understand is _why_ I cannot sync / restore from scheduleworld with a P1.

What do you expect if you run the least popular computer o/s? You pay a hefty price for your geekdom when it comes to software.
