> Backing up T300 contacts?

Anyone knows how to back up my contacts for the T300? Need to do so before going for R1D software upgrade. Heard that I'll lose all my contacts on the phone.
Used to sync T68m with Outlook. Now there isn't anymore such luxury...
Any pointers?

huh... only major will reset everything in the phone. T300 R1A to R1D right?
it's enchance upgrade. so i guess ya contact still there.
on more thing..... didn't the box inside come along a CD?? that CD have all the syn software to ya PC.
