Hi All
Just wondering if there is any one in the UK is using there AOL account on T-mobile with any problems? I can receive mail but I cannot send. I have been on t mobile and got the settings sent to my phone and checked the settings against my outlook settings and still no joy, the error shown is 'unknown problem while sending email'
Anyone else have this problem and have you fixed it?

What are you using for the outgoing SMTP server? smtp.uk.aol.com or your network provider's SMTP server?
In most cases it should be set to AOL's SMTP server address.

Hi thanks for the reply, yeah i'm using the AOL settings checked all the settings with my outlook settings.
