im just wondering if anyone have the same problem as me coz my message alert tone only plays for 4 sec, what will i upgrade on my phone so my message alert will play a longer time...

it depends on the message alert tone assigned, just choose other longer tones

i did that already actually im using a full mp3 as a message alert tone but it only plays for like 4sec

it's just the same with motorola phones, full mp3's are cutted, so it will be not playing the whole mp3 if you were not there to open the message, try other formats or shorter mp3s

tried cutting the mp3's and other format still it plays the same length of 4sec

i already updated my firmware i use XS++ but still my message alert tone plays only for 4sec
