Hi, I have experienced a strange bug/wrong setting on my P1i.

Everytime I receive an SMS, it gets saved on the SIM card instead of in the phone memory, and I cannot find a way to change this.
And even if i mark every message in my inbox and sim-folder as read, I still get "x unread messages" in the main messaging menu.
The messages stored on my sim-card cannot be deleted from the list view, if I try, the phone tells me, it is an "illegal request", so I have to open all messages in order to delete them...

I have heard of others experiencing this bug, but not found out how to fix it. Or maybe I have the settings wrong, but I don't know how to change that...

I have the latest firmware R6E...

Can anybody help me ???

I had this on my phone the first few days I had it but it seemed to right itself automatically. Just have a play around with the SIM settings on phonebook etc.

Hmmm strange, Maybe its because I use Magic Message Manager ???
But even if I disable the program, the bugs continue to persist...

Try uninstalling it.

If that doesn't help, reflash your phone and check for a few days how it goes without any 3rd party apps.
