I have recently brought a new K550 after months of study, found it to be a good one, but of lately it has satrted giving some problems:

1. After I restart the phone the time and date changes to 12:00AM and 1st of Jan 2000.

2. The clock falls behind by 5 mins everyday.

3. After I complete the charging, the charger becomes so hot that I can barely hold it in my hands.

Anybody out there having the same problems, any suggestions...?

This thing happens with me when I switch off the phone and remove and reinsert the battery (for changing the sim)... Its because the phone hasn't shutdown properly... After the screen goes blank, it takes around 5-10 sec to shutdown...

Never had the other two problems...

if you remove the battery and change the sim very fast, the date and time dont change, i have that problem too.
