Ok i have £60 in the bank atm... and £19 in Paypal...
I just bought an item for £70.50 and paid thinking all £19 from paypal would go and the last £51.50 would come from the bank??
But seems its all coming from the bank and the £19 hasnt been touched.
Can he cancel the transaction via his paypal or not?
I cant you see!

you can get him to refund the payment if he goes to his paypal account, you won't loose any fees (they will be refunded). Try asking him to do just that, however the money may not appear in your paypal account again straight away, it may take 4 days to clear...

can u contact your bank and ask for an overdraught until the money has transferred from paypal? for that amount it should be a free service.

normally u can arrange £100 overdraught v quickly without having to pay a fee... it might be that u have this facility already on your acc.
do check with your bank tomorrow. i have found in the past that if u explain the situation fully they r often more helpful that u think they're gonna be!
