Just noticed that when i press down on the joy stick it goes up for some reason. Any one else experience this? Really a pain in the butt. The phone is in mint condition never been dropped or miss handled. Please give me advice on this as its a major pain.

maybe it's a hardware problem, my joystick is working fine. try cleaning your joystick
