I was using k310i before this...it has a major charging problem...i had to plug and unplug the cable to the phone over and over again before it finally starts charging. I've sent it to repair,even bought a new charger,and tried to borrow some of my friends charger still the problem occurs...it lasted for about a year before the phone finally gave up and broke...so i just got myself a k810i a few days a go...at 1st it was ok, but last nite when i tried to charge it,i had the problem again,the handphone refuses to charge...i had to try for about half an hour before it finally starts charging...is it some kinda defect,or am i just unlucky?
btw,it seems that my cousins k750i is having the same problem and also my girlfriends mum who is using a w200

@phlem - Better get a Nokia next time . . . looks like that the

brand ahs an OMEN to you

Better check the electric-output in your area, call the office of the mayor if possible . . .
@boba - I don't think that it's a batt-problem considering that ALMOST all of phlem's associates is suffering the same fate . . .

of course its possible, that some series have faulties, but i never heard of any recall among those models... imo u should go to se service again, with all those fones and ask for a descent answer. u are atm a disappointed consumer, se should solve this bug asap

guys, it seems you have tried everything but clean the contacts!
I used to have this problem with K700, and occasionally with the K750, but when I cleaned the contacts on the phone, it worked fine.
