is there any ways i can extract the shutter sound files from my phone or use any firmware to remove those shutter sound?

have you tried shooting pics on silent mode...
like turning your phone to SILENT MODE, then open the cam shutter and start shooting pix.
what is your firmware?!

if you notice there are other sound effects installed... why not look for sumthing that is less noisy... if not.. there are several things you can do...
either flash your phone onto another region.. like APAC, which is the one i have.. the shutter sounds are silenced when the phone is in silent mode.
or try recording a silent wav file, convert it to 3gp sound file and name it as camshutter.3gp and replace the one you have using FAR manager.
there you go...

sorry i am new here. could u tell me where i can find the APAC version for my k810i???? i checked the sony ericsson web and they only have the Update_Service_Setup-2.7.9.14-1.exe .
also, how to replace my shutter sound files and wats the name for the program i need to do that. thanks for answering me
