Now, I have searched the length and breadth of the t'interweb but I couldn't find a guitar tuner for my P990 - each one that I found was either for UIQ2 or S60. Does anyone know of one for UIQ3? If so, please point me in the right direction.

Thanks.

I could do with one of these too!

I found this

But it's payware. Supposedly works with p990 though

Could never get on with the UIQ2.x one, so am using a dedicated tuner or just my good 'ol ears.

Will give it a go if a UIQ 3 version exists though...

@Cycovision: On the site in the link you posted it says Symbian 7 and up to P910 supported, no mention of UIQ3 anywhere?

So it does

My eyes need testing!

There should be a java guitar tuner that will work, I'll be amazed if there isn't.

Use a proper tuner guys! It will be more accurate. A chord library application would be much more useful.

There's quite a lot of those. One here for many SE phones:

I remember having one on s60...thing is that they are easily thrown off. Just learn to tune with your ears. Much more reliable and gets you ear more used to pitch..
