My sister has just bought a brand new Samsung U600 but I have questions abot the following; How many battries come with your new phone as she got only one. Secondly I think the box has to be sealed with everything inside, but hers wasnt sealed and the manual was missing together with the software disk that comes with it. Im starting to doubt that this phone is new. Any help???

The phone was from a private seller shop in my country. Imagine the missing manual. Oh I forgot to mention that the battery flats within a day or a litle more without playing music and videos that much.

It was brand new and very much fresh from the box. Im begining to think that they did something when I consider that the manual was missing as well.

If the manuals missing, something definitely isn't right.

Take it back.
