> SE T650 vs Nokia 6234

Hi guys,
As esato is the best place to get advice on mobiles, what do you think?
T650 looks much better but is twice as expansive as Nokia 6234.
What is your advice?

You're comparing a 2 year old phone with a one thats just out. Obviously the T650 is better.
T650 though doesnt have EDGE.

I bought a 6234 and promptly gave it to my son.
Upsides:
It looks cool and feels gorgeous to hold with the metal front and rubber back surface. The camera is very good for a 2.0 MP without AF or flash and has all the features of my V630i. It has A2DP, great sound from the stereo speakers and includes a well designed headset. Thousands of themes are available on Zedge.
Downsides:
64Mb Micro SD card is too small so factor in the cost of an upgrade. No USB cable included in the package. Small menu font is hard to read. Nokia UI is no match for
UI IMO and no MyPhoneExplorer support
(dealbreaker for me). Themes with animated menu icons can be 1.3 Mb in size!
And finally... that D-pad - shared by many Nokia models - just sux.
I've not tried the T650i, but with a
UI and 3.2 MP camera I'd say
YES! it is worth twice as much as a 6234.

I've had a 6233, and echo what Carkitter said, though another 'pro' of that phone is the VGA video recording! Though you'd need a fairly big mem card upgrade if you plan to use this as the filesizes are quite big, plus you'd need a data cable to transfer it to your PC! But those two stereo speakers are quite impressive, I wish the
phones had speakers of that quality.
Can't remember what the video recording res is on the T650, though I'd suspect that would be your better bet

I hold it into my hand for the first time and believe that Nokia 6234 is nowhere a match (not even close) to this beauty.
I chose it over LG Prada also.
