Hello,

My brother just got a D900 a few months ago and he is having 1 or 2 problems with it. He is complaining to me that he only has a few seconds recording although he has a 1GB MicroSD inside it. The same applies for photos, after a few pictures it will say delete some items.
So today's question is how can he record and take pictures straight to the MicroSD.

All help is appreciated people

I have also beeen having the same problem on my motorola v360 phone. Its highly possible that he uses the phone memory to save data instead of the memory card. I have 1GB too and my data is estimated at around 150 pics, 115 audio tracks, 35 videos and about 700 free megabytes. As for the video recording length I stil get mhnimum minutes

I can take unlimited photos and recordings on my d600 (well as much as the 1gb card allows)

Go to camcorder mode
press the file button on the left
Press 6 (or go down to settings)
Make sure recording mode is set to "normal" and not "limit of mms"

Should be it.

EDIT:
Sorry I misread, you have a d900 not d600.

Might be the same though, give it a try.

on the d900 you can only save your videos to the phone memory. There is no option to save directly to mem card, which sucks imo! one thing i hated with my d900.

so once memory is full, you need to move those files to the mem card, then you can start shooting videos again just need to keep transferring and you will have memory, until of course your mem card is full too

But what if I wanted to record something for 10mins. It wouldn't even last
