My new Vaiolaptop running Vista will not run its Network Connection Software whilst the P990i USB modem is installed. I have tried disabling it, but that does not seem to be good enough. When I remove it, the next time I connect the phone Vista reinstalls it. Does anyone now how to stop Vista automatically installing new hardware? This would work as a workaround.
