i think i have the same problem its not shown in Music folder neither by Myphonexplorer i think it was fine before but i don't know why exactly
so my advice if u want to copy them to ur computer
mark them and using cut with ur phone put it in any folder else music or create
music\\recording for example and
now u can see them in ur pc during connection .

Hi,
I posted this problem (and others) in another Esato forum some time ago (see bottom of this posting).
These problems only started when I updated to the latest firmware through SEUS.
The only way I have found to get AMR recordings from the phone to the PC are to copy the AMR files to a new folder.
They are then accessible using the cable or Bluetooth etc.
To be honest I prefer my old K750i (which I still use abroad) .
As it's been some time since the last firmware update, I think we can assume that SE has now lost interest in the K800
Regards
Chris

Hi, I have a K800i from O2.
Since updating to firmware version R1KG001 (the latest) I can no longer access AMR (voice recordings) on the phone.
I've tried Bluetooth and using the cable, but the files are not listed.
Also if you have a shortcut for recording conversations whilst on the phone (e.g. up on the joystick) it no longer works.
You now have to go through the left button menu to activate the record feature. Recently my fiancé upgraded to a K810i with O2.
This has the same problems as my K800i.
It’s a very buggy firmware from SE.
It’s been a while since the last firmware update, has SE finished with the K800i?
Is there an easy way I can re-flash my firmware back to a previous version?
Thanks

There's an application called MOBIEXPLORER that can browse all your phone and memory stick files (not system files). Try it.

Unfortunately it's the phone's firmware hiding the files/folders, so no phone managment software can see the files
