hello i come from HK and my english is not very good=[
i have some questions wants to ask k800i owner
First, after updating the cell phone to R1JG001, the whole phone perfromance becomes slower
i don't understnad what the problem is
second, I find that my phone takes longer time to receive a sms
finally, is K800_R1GB001_MAIN_GENERIC_RED49.mbn suitable for Hong Kong'sk800i?

mine is R1JG001 hong_kong too , but theres no problem regarding sms, try updating it again in SEUS and choose "continue anyway" if it says that your phone is already updated.

i think there is main_hong_kong try looking for it, or instead use main_china, main_generic don't contain chinese handwriting and chinese languages

What network are you using? 3 is the worst for receiving sms and e-mails. I'm on Smartone and everything is working great. I'm still using R1ED001 which is fast and reliable. Did you read up on the good and bad of R1JG001 firmware? It could be a common problem with R1J is slow for UI.
