Hi, my P900i got stolen a few weeks ago so I recently bought a new P1i. I wanted to know if there's a way to convert my p990 backup file to a P1i so I can recover all my saved data (contacts and notes are the most important)? I tried to restore my data but it says that the backup file from the p990 cannot be restored to the P1. A while ago there was the Backup inspector for the P800/900 that did this kind of things, but I haven't been able to find one for the P1 or at least the P990. Any help, please? Suggestions or tips? Thank you.

I think you should be able to get most files out like that. I'm sure I remember seeing a thread about moving a backup from one phone to another but I can't find it in the search. I will try to have another look later.
