I am a little bit disappointed, because when I plug the charger to the phone when it's in flight mode, it charges only +10-15%, and after that it stops charging any more. The battery animation on the statusbar shows that charging in progress, but no result, it stops.
Only SwissMgr, MessageReminder and some phone applications (Phone Book, Messages, Calendar, no Camera or something like this) are open.

When I plug the charger to the phone when it's off, the battery charging to 100% in 2 hours.

I don't understand, anybody noticed this issue?

This does not sound like normal behaviour to me, I run my p1 with 20+ open apps and it will charge from the mains charger fine. I know it never seems to charge above 90% when doing USB charging but I figure that is to do with the current available over the USB.

Are you running with WIFI on and connected? I have seen the charging go very slowly whilst browsing using WIFI.

[EDIT : ignore that last bit, just read the topic title again - DOH]

WIFI can be enabled in Flight Mode, but no, I do not turn it on.

Either way it should charge properly from the mains charger. I'd be inclined to check the contacts on the fast-port connector and try to get a second charger to test it with.

Same problem with USB cable and normal charger.
I think another charger will not solve my problem.

I don't know what should I do..

short of that old favorite, the master reset, i'm not sure what else to suggest. If you can easily get yours hands on another battery i'd try that next. If that don't work then you could do a master reset or firmware update and try it with a completely fresh phone.

After that i'd say a service center has to be your next port of call.

Some interesting news about this issue.

Tomorrow, I closed MessageReminder and SwissMgr, so, only the phone's system applications were running. And.. I changed the screen backlight settings to always on. After that , when I plugged the charger, and wait 1 hour, the battery was full.
Further tests will coming, I want to try to only with system apps, or only with always on backlight..

I have the same problem, regardless what's running. However, when I'm in desperate need of USB charging, I do:

Silent Mode
Lower Screen Brightness + Powersave in 1 min
Flight Mode [helps massively]
Do NOT turn the phone off. I find the most critical thing is the backlight. It needs to be off, and SE phones light up when charging, you know, cause they're cool.

By the way, my charging will still is slow but it'll get me far. This method let me fully charge in like 6 hours. Without it, I've waited 1-2 days using a laptop because I had no power outlet.
