HI i del'd a vid file from my K750i, any way to undelete, it was in my phone memory.

If it was deleted from the memory card, then you could most likely restore it using pci_filerecovery or similiar.
If the video was ever stored on the card memory, even if you moved it to phone memory later, you may be able to recover the copy that was on card memory by using pci_filerecovery.
If it was never on card memory, then you are out of options.
On K800 and other recent SE handsets, because you get a drive letter for internal memory, I expect it would be possible to use pci recovery or similiar to recover files on phone memory. But unfortunately the K750 doesn't set up a drive letter for phone memory.
