Hi,

I finally ordered my P1i and will pick it up in couple of days but I was just wondering about how will I transfer my data from K800i that I use at the moment to Pi.

Is P1i capable of reading address book's backup from memory stick? Or will I have to use "Send all via Bluetooth" function? What about notes? Are K800's notes are compatible with P1's notes format?

Thanks for your replies.

Apart from MP3s and photos I don't think any other format is compatible. I had to bluetooth my contacts from my K800 to my P1i, not too big a deal though. Don't know if the notes are transferable, I keep those in HandySafe now, so didn't even attempt.

Hope this helps and enjoy your new phone!

Thanks for your reply basoost.

Yeah, I know it's not a big deal, cause that's how I trasferred Contacts from K750 to K800. But it was much faster from K610 to K800 (or otherwise) thanks to that 'backup to memory stick' option.

H'anyway, I'll just bluetooth all the stuff to P1i and see how it can handle it.

Thanks again.
