Do you think I could trust this seller?

I'm looking to buy a new housing because mine broke. So is this seller trustworthy?

Well personally I would be wary of Hong Kong sellers. Have looked at his feedback and he doesn't have anymore negatives than most HK sellers. His most recent feedback is positive though.
I would say, if you do buy from him, use paypal and then if anything goes wrong, you can usually claim the money back.
