hello,
I'm having trouble trying to get my IM+ software to work on my W950i. I know that it used to work when i first purchased the software roughly 6 months ago...but after a few firmware flashes since then, I havent been able to get it up and running.
When I install the program on the phone, it'll ask me for the registration serial number which i have. Once that is put in, it will try to communicate with the software company to register it however it just sits there with the GPRS "globe" icon just flashing. There is an option where you can select "update software" but once i choose that...it still just sits there with the GPRS icon flashing.
I've done a master reset...erased all settings and even dumped all the information from the 4gb storage memory area. I live in the US so my service provider is T-mobile. I've went to sony erricsons website and downloaded the GPRS Account settings according to my service provider as well.
After doing all this i still cant get IM+ to accept my serial number...let alone just trying the trial version of the software. It seems that either theres something wrong with IM+ software not working properly...or my GPRS settings on my phone are wrong.
....can anyone help on this issue?

Can you browse the Net then? If you can then your GPRS settings are probably fine.

You should take this issue to the developers, imho. I have had im+ working with gprs wifi and 3g all fine.
