Can anyone help, my Nokia 8800 sirocco was stolen and i want it blacklisted, i spoke with the network,they said they can't help since the contract ended already.
Spoke with Ntc, they said there's nothing they can do as welll.

you have to contact who your government agency.
example here in the philippines, we filipino's contact NTC or national telecommunication commision to blacklist our stolen phone
i bet your country has one but you have to know what agency is administering this kind of situation.
