had a look around and i cant seem to find anything linking to some good sites for p1i apps.

i have ordered my handset and am just awaiting arrival. play reckon 3-5 days, obviously thats not taking postal strikes into account so it could be a couple of weeks.

anyway, in the mean time i thought i would start getting hold of some stuff to go on there. i assume that i can install swiss manager that i have on w950?
from what i have read it comes with office reader so i can view word, excel files etc? reckon i could do with some sort of instant messenger on it though. is there anything that anybody recommends? as you know the phone has wi-fi, and i have access to wireless internet at work (if that makes any difference at all)

any other programs or sites are also appreciated.

cheers.

AFAIK most if not all software for the M600,P990 & W950 will be compatible with the P1i so you could broaden your search instantly as there are loads of apps out there!

You will want to download Fring which is a free app which utilises Skype, MSN Messenger, ICQ, SIP, Google Talk and Twitter!!

This is available from Fring.com

if that includes skype, i guess i would have no need for such software as iskoot, correct?

Try eBuddy Mobile.

It's accessible from the WEB (in Opera) or as a standalone Java software (choose the 320x240 resolution).

For me it's far away better than fring.
