I've got a T68 and T68i that I have managed to pair for bluetooth. But when I come to transfer contacts from one to the other via bluetooth I get a message saying "No paired devices found".
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

make sure the receiving phone has Bluetooth switched on and is discoverable.

Done that.
Basically both phones can see eachother and have been paired in the Connect menu. But when I come to send data from one to the other I get a message telling me that no Bluetooth devices can be found.

A long shot here, have they got different names to each other,& if you changed the names, did you re pair them with the new names.

Each phone has a different name. Haven't changed the names since pairing but I'll check again.
Have been using code 0000 on both phones. Is that right?

I use the same code on all my BT stuff so i don`t think thats your prob. right un pair them, on the phone to recieve the info just press the information button (below yes) go to "recieve item" click yes, then on the send phone just send the item or whatever via BT, it should find the other phone & press send, on the recieving phone press accept, job done.
