Need help please. I am unable to get my K550i play any music of aac format. The website says the phone is aac compatible. How do I get my phone to play it.

I think the phone is not compatible with aac, unless I am doing something wrong.

You can't just change the extension, you need to use a converter. if it has aac extension then it is probably from a Nokia. Nokia use raw aac: you need to "wrap" it in an MP4 container before you can play it on an SE phone. You can use super(c) or dbpoweramp for example to convert the raw aac file to mp4.
