> Help replacing LCD on w580i
Bookmark topic
Hi I bought a 580i a couple of weeks ago but I dropped it and the inner LCD broke. I bought a replacement LCD Screen but I don't know how to open up the cellphone . I have looked but couldn't find anything. I was wondering if one of you guys can post a mini tut or something on opening this phone so I can get the replacement in it. Thanks!

thanks for the quick reply.... but I didn't see the 580i there.... or the s500 that is similar to the phone... and I'm pretty new at this...so I guess I'll need the tut for the 58oi/s500. I know someone here changed the keypad so I think someone will help me out. But thanks! I really appreciate it! Awesome forum. Nice helping people. I think I'll stay here...

Hey Mr. Z3ro,
About a week ago the screen in my 580 cracked. I found this forum, but the link to the service manual no longer worked. I was wondering if you could possibly email a copy of it too me. Also I haven't been able to find a replacement screen as of yet. Could you let me know where you got yours. I know this is asking alot, but I could use any help you could give me. Thanks. My email is

Check
http://www.RepairsUniverse.com. This is where I got my replacement LCD screen. They also provided a free fitting guide with the screen and the tools.
Was happy with speed my purchase arrived. Following the instructions it only took me 15 minutes to repair phone. Been good ever since..... touch wood
