i have had a sony ericsson w550i for quite a while. the screen on it has broken and i cannot see anything but the phone is still working (the light can be turned on and music played). ve just bought a new phone and used the same sim but all my contacts were saved to my old phone. does anyone know a way i cn fix the screen or give me a walkthrough the menu on how to save the contacts to the sim?

hi

you can use the Moby Explorer program. this lets you back up your phone, included contacts.

i have the same problem with my good old w550

i think that the upper part of the phone has a loose connection to the keyboard part

dont know what to do???
