Ok well i co own a psp forum (www.psp-portal.co.nr) and we are having trouble with getting people to post. We have 331 members and only 7 members have posted 10 or more times. Before we started makin registration needed to access the download, we still had over 160 members who didnt post. Any tips? Please?

You can't really do anything about that.
Could have a set no. of posts limit to be able to download or something but that would have people posting loadsa crap for no reason to get there..

you need to try advertise more and make it so u give out ranks for top posters like VIP etc and also make it so ppl cant download stuff until theyve made 50 posts or so?
