Hi, I recently bought a S.E. W880i and am facing some problems with it. I donot receive Missed Call Alerts. Even the call list is not updated after i make a call. this works at times but not always. At first i thought it was due to some themes that i downloaded but when i use the default citybeat them i still face this issue. can someone please help me with this. What could be a possible solution for this. Kindly assist.

Ive just got the W910i, and the call list worked for 2 days, but now, it just says, "call lists empty"

Im gonna see if a firmware update is available - i see that they have removed this feature from the handset, so I will have to do it on my PC when I get home.

can u let me know i can upgrade the phone software. i downloaded the Update service but when i run it all i see is a flash screen displaying the sony ericsson logo continuously. can you let me know the exact steps i need to follow to upgrade the software.

try to do a master reset on ur phone
if all else fails then use seus to update ur phone
if the se logo continues
it could b ur pc problem
as i nvr had tat problem b4

Go into the "calls" menu, select "more" scroll to "delete all", select "yes"

Now the next time you make / recieve a call it will show up in the call list menu.
