The time of the modification of the file is -3 hours, the time of the picture is correct, the timezone is GMT+2, if changed to GMT -1 fixes but I want GMT+2 and the times correct, how ?

The time that shows in status bar came from exif data AFAIK....
And the date modified..?? Maybe it shows the time when you copy it to computer...
Look at the date. Is it different..??

opex could be right. why don't you synchronize your PC's time with that of your phone? try it. if it doesn't work, then manually change your phone's time zone to correspond with your PC... goodluck.
