hi all. i need alittle help
i accidentley installed a couple of the trial based softwares, and now when i turn my phone on alittle message comes up saying the trial has finished, and then my phone freezes, what shall i do, i have turned my phone on and off abt 20 times and stil freezes, i cant acces any of the menus or the shortkey buttons.
how do i master reset the phone without going to the menu, control panel.... .

Update it using SEUS. You'll loose all user data, so make sure to backup all content (besides 3d party apps that is) before the update.
