When travelling abroad recently I decided to take my old phone with me so I did'nt lose my W850i, so I removed the sim and took the old nokia. Low and behold I lost old phone and sim. I went O2 and got a new sim card and put it back into my W850i but it wont work. The sim is fine in other phone and have tried other sim in W850i but to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem? The phone is only 4 months old. I got it off dial-a-phone but can't speak to anyone but an automated answer phone. Any assistance appreciated.
